EAST STROUDSBURG, PA — Robert P. Ryall, Ph.D., passed away November 25, 2016.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Saturday, April 29, 2017 in the historic Church of St. Peter in Saratoga Springs and burial will follow in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
