MALTA — James E. Smeltzer Jr., age 33, has silently closed the door of life and departed from us on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Saratoga Hospital surrounded by his loving family following a hard battle with cancer.
He was born on May 27, 1984 in Portsmouth, VA, the son of Michele Smeltzer and James E. Smeltzer Sr..
