David W. Devoe, 25, of Jefferson Street, Saratoga Springs, was arrested May 30 and charged with aggravated DWI driving with a BAC greater than .18%, a Class A misdemeanor, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a Class A misdemeanor.
Edward Stanley, 30, of Whitney Place, Saratoga Springs, was arrested May 29 and charged with DWI, a Class A misdemeanor, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor.
Diane Robinson, 59, of Washington Avenue, Schenectady, was arrested May 29 and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, a Class A misdemeanor, and resisting arrest, a Class A misdemeanor. Officers responded to a fight at NYRA on Union Avenue involving employees. Robinson was arrested as a result of an investigation in to the incident.
Michael J. Pratt, 37, of King Road, Middle Grove, was arrested May 29 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor, and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, a Class A misdemeanor. Pratt was arrested on a warrant as a result of an incident in December 2012.
Corey J. Hayes, 17, of Barton Place, Queensbury, was arrested May 29 and charged with attempted assault in the third degree, a Class B misdemeanor. Hayes was arrested as a result of an incident at BOCES on Henning Road.
