Emily K. Sexton, 22, of George Washington Drive, Beaver Creek, Ohio, was arrested June 24 and charged with petit larceny, A Class A misdemeanor. Sexton was arrested at the Kohl’s department store for allegedly stealing property.
Mark Hawkins Tyler, 48, of Lincoln Avenue, Saratoga Springs, was arrested June 24 and charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, a Class B felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class B felony. Tyler was arrested on a warrant for narcotics sales and has been the focus of a drug investigation related to the sale of crack cocaine. Tyler who has prior felony convictions was arraigned and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail with no bail. Tyler is also facing arrest on other unrelated charges and will be arrested on those charges when he appears for his next court date.
