Edward T. Grabowski, 26, of Van Dorn Street, Saratoga Springs, was arrested July 22 and charged with burglary in the second degree, a Class C felony. Grabowski was arrested on a warrant in relation to an incident that occurred on Walnut Street on July 17. Grabowski was also arrested twice last week on charges of criminal trespass and criminal possession of stolen property for two other unrelated incidents. Grabowski remains a person of interest in other burglary investigations.
Joanna M. Mazucci, 35, of Milton Avenue, Ballston Spa, was arrested July 22 and charged with assault in the third degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Mazucci was arrested on a warrant for an incident that occurred at Saratoga Hospital on June 28.
Nicholas D. Capone, 50, homeless, was arrested July 22 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor, and resisting arrest, a Class A misdemeanor. This is Capone’s fourth arrest in the last two weeks for similar type offenses.
Michael M. Marciano, 49, of Rosa Road, Schenectady, was arrested July 22 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Marciano was arrested on a warrant for a domestic incident that occurred on June 8.
