Michael E. Tannuzzo, 41, of 82nd Street, Howard Beach, was arrested August 6 and charged with DWI, a Class A misdemeanor.
Nick A. DeScisiolo, 18, of Boyhaven Road, Middle Grove, was arrested August 5 and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree, a Class B misdemeanor.
Kristy M. Rich, 31, of East High Street, Ballston Spa, was arrested August 1 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a Class A misdemeanor.
John F. Drew, 30, of Jefferson Street, Saratoga Springs, was arrested August 1 and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a Class A misdemeanor, assault in the third degree, a Class A misdemeanor, and unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor.
Carley R. McCanney, 34, of 6th Ave, Troy, was arrested July 31 and charged with petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor.
