Yekaterina Y. Speranza, 39, of Hudson Avenue, Delmar, was arrested August 14 and charged with DWI, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Jaime Francisco Diaz, 55, of Lookout Lodge Lane, North Las Vegas, Nevada, was arrested August 13 and charged with DWI, Class A Misdemeanor, and refusing a pre-screen test, a violation.
John J. Bateman, 54, of Baker Road, Gansevoort, was arrested August 12 and charged with disorderly conduct, a violation, and resisting arrest, a Class A misdemeanor.
Dimitri Khazin, 40, of Caroline Street, Saratoga Springs, was arrested August 12 and charged with criminal trespassing in the third degree, a Class A misdemeanor.
Carolyn P. Sweeney, 48, of Eureka Avenue, Saratoga Springs, was arrested August 12 and charged with aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC greater than .18 percent, a Class A misdemeanor, and leaving the scene of an accident, a violation.

Mark E. St. Pierre, 43, residing at 117 Goodrich Road, Crown Point, was sentenced in Saratoga County Court on August 13 to five years’ probation for felony DWI for an incident which occurred in the town of Stillwater on November 9.
Robert L. Durr, also known as Junebug, 44, residing at 149 Grand Avenue, Saratoga Springs, pled guilty in Saratoga County Court to third degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance on August 13 for incidents which occurred on March 27 and April 15. Durr will be sentenced on October 8 at 1:15 p.m.
Joseph H. Brackett, 46, residing at 110 Brookline Road, Apt. J2, Ballston Spa, pled guilty to felony DWI in Saratoga County Court for an incident which occurred in the town of Ballston on April 7. Brackett will be sentenced on October 8 at 9:15 a.m.
