The following are arrests made by the Saratoga Springs Police Department for the period of August 28 through August 29 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Daniel J. Provost, 22, of Daniels Road, Saratoga Springs was charged with third degree burglary and criminal possession of stolen property, fifth degree. At 4:05 a.m., Patrolman Mark Leffler made a routine traffic stop on Lake Avenue in the area of Longwood Drive. During the course of the traffic stop, Ptlm. Leffler noticed items in the vehicle that appeared to be out of place and possible stolen. Further investigation revealed that the items were in fact stolen from Dango’s Bar and Restaurant on Caroline Street. The management of Dango’s was contacted; they checked the establishment and found a burglary had been committed.
Adam L. Larkin, 31, of Adirondack Circle, Gansevoort, was arrested at 10:21 p.m. and charged with false personation after giving officers a false name when they were questioning him about another incident he had been involved in earlier.
Jordan D. Nichols, 19, of Route 9N, Greenfield Center, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. after a traffic stop for a suspicious vehicle on Elm Street and charged with second degree criminal possession of marijuana.
