Courts: 

Korey R. Wojtowecz, 36, of Rock City Falls pled on May 9 to the felony charge of driving while intoxicated. Sentencing is scheduled for July 6.

James D. Reed, 32, of Schenectady pled on May 10 to the felony charge of grand larceny in the fourth degree. Sentencing is scheduled for July 5. 

John V. Vardine, 46, of Ballston Spa pled on May 10 to the felony charge of grand larceny in the fourth degree. Sentencing is scheduled for July 5.

Avree Larkin, 25, of Cohoes was sentenced on May 11 to four months in jail and five years of probation, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of disseminating indecent materials to a minor in the first degree.

Brian S. Munger, 52, of Northumberland was arraigned on May 12 on the charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and the felony charges of criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.

Nicholas F. Bonfante, 36, of Troy was sentenced on May 12 to five years in prison and five years post-release supervision, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of attempted burglary in the second degree.

Ryan D. Critcher, 26, of Schuylerville pled on May 12 to the felony charge of attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree. Sentencing is scheduled for July 6.


Arrests:

William J. Murabito, 42, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on May 4 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC more than .08 of .1 percent, and failure to signal a turn. 

Daquane D. Simmons, 24, of Albany was arrested on May 4 and charged with the felony charge of grand larceny in the fourth degree, and the misdemeanor charge of assault in the third degree.

Ryan C. Espinosa, 28, of Greenwich was arrested on May 5 and charged with the traffic violation of improper lane use, driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC of more than .08 of .1 percent, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and possession of a controlled substance outside of original container.

Shayne M. Richardson, 23, of Saratoga Springs and Victoria N. Wilson, 23, of Saratoga Springs were arrested on May 5 and charged with one count of criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree each. Wilson was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. 

Miranda K. Weese, 41, of Ballston Spa was arrested on May 6 and charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding, aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, and driving with BAC of more than .08 of .1 percent.

Samantha F. Wright, 22, of Schenectady was arrested on May 6 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and unlawful use of mobile phones in motor vehicle. 

Leslie M. Duross, 40, of Argyle was arrested on May 6 and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree. 

Darius A. Holmes, 29, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on May 6 and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree. 

Robert F. Rich, 25, of Seminole, FL was arrested on May 7 and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree. 

David M. Woodcock, 68, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on May 7 and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and the felony charge of criminal mischief in the third degree. 

Christopher M. Decker, 26, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on May 7 and charged with open container. 

Jaclyn S. Grady, 28, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on May 7 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC of more than .08 of .1 percent and aggravated driving while intoxicated. 

Summer Y. Smith, 38, of Ballston Spa was arrested on May 7 and charged with petit larceny. 

Janette L. Hammond, 42, of Clifton Park was arrested on May 8 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and the traffic violation of failure to keep right. 

Darren S. Wodzinski, 45, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on May 8 and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree and criminal contempt in the second degree. 

Robert W. Rieger, 60, of Greenfield Center was arrested on May 10 and charged with attempted assault in the third degree and criminal tampering in the third degree. 

Donald P. Baker, 54, of Stillwater was arrested on May 10 and charged with driving with a BAC more than .08 of .1 percent, following a motor vehicle too closely, and the felony charge of a second offense of driving while intoxicated. 

Sean W. Behrmann, 21, of Troy was arrested on May 10 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and one equipment violation.

Mark W. Malone, 28, of Wilton was arrested on May 11 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, driving with a BAC more than .08 of .1 percent, driving while intoxicated, and two counts of the traffic violation of failure to signal a turn. 

Althea R. Rosen, 25, of Ballston Spa was arrested on May 11 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC more than .08 of .1 percent, and the traffic violations of speeding and improper lane use. 

David Escobar, 27, of Brooklyn was arrested on May 11 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and one equipment violation. 

Randy M. Upton, 58, of Ballston Spa was arrested on May 11 and charged with open container. 

Ryan M. Clair, 31, of Ballston Spa was arrested on May 12 and charged with the traffic violation of failure to keep right and the felony charge of a second offense of driving while intoxicated. 

Christian J. Weldon, 25, of Ballston Spa and Ruben Acevedo, 34, of Ballston Spa were arrested on May 12 and charged with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and one count of possession of a controlled substance outside original container each. Weldon was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Acevedo was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, driving with a BAC more than .08 of .1 percent and the traffic violation of speeding. 

Kevin J. Kelly, 35, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on May 12 and charged with two counts of criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree.

Andrew D. Crawford, 58, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on May 12 and charged with disorderly conduct. 

 

Sean D. Knight, 40, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on May 13 and charged with the felony charge of a second offense of driving while intoxicated and the traffic violation of operating a vehicle without an interlock device.
