Raymond D. Boyce, Jr., 23, of David Lane in Saratoga Springs, was arrested January 13 along Hathorn Boulevard and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and operating a motor vehicle with blood-alcohol content greater than .08 percent, all Class A misdemeanors. Boyce was stopped by police in the city around 4:30 a.m. During the traffic stop, officers performed a field sobriety test, and Boyce was taken into custody.
