SARATOGA SPRINGS – Last week, the Patient Experience Project (PEP), a full-service, patient-centric marketing and communications agency, announced the hiring of Caitlyn Dawson as a project manager.
In her role, Dawson is responsible for coordinating client work at the agency through every stage of planning and production.
Before joining PEP, Dawson worked as a project manager at Havas Life Metro, a health and wellness marketing-communications firm. She has managed various digital and print projects for biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients, such as Genentech and Biogen.
Dawson earned her bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania.
