BALLSTON SPA — The Ballston Spa Central School District’s annual Wellness Expo is being held on Saturday, March 9 from 9 a.m. until noon in the Wood Road Elementary School cafeteria/gymnasium. The goal of the event is to encourage students and families to participate in healthy and active lifestyles. More than 50 health and wellness professionals from throughout the community and around the region will provide educational information on fitness, healthy eating, and related wellness topics. The Wellness Expo is a free event that is open to all residents of the district.
