Jeremy Depasquale, 41, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Jan. 1 with felony burglary, and petit larceny – a misdemeanor. 

Shawn Whitman, 20, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Jan. 1 with felony assault, and the misdemeanors: criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth-degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and menacing in the second-degree.

Caroline Hall, 37, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Jan. 1 with obstructing governmental official, act in a manner to injure child, and harassment. 

Joseph Murray, 45, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Jan. 2 with harassment, resisting arrest, and criminal trespass. 

Randy Brouillette, 45, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 31 with criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. 

Antonio Almaviva, 62, of Gansevoort, was charged Dec. 31 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Lucy Johnson, 35, was charged Dec. 31 in Saratoga Springs with criminal possession of a controlled substance. 

Joshua Salak, 33, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 31 with criminal possession of a controlled substance. 

Nacoda Meredith, 24, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 29 with misdemeanor resisting arrest. 

Riley Older, 23, of Schuylerville, was charged Dec. 29 in Saratoga Springs with unlawful possession of marijuana. 

Kayla Szekely, 23, of Schuylerville, was charged Dec. 29 in Saratoga Springs with unlawful possession of marijuana, speeding, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Andrew McMaster, 22, of Clifton Park, was charged Dec. 30 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and two vehicle violations. 

Robert P. Maciong, 25, of Albany, was charged Jan. 3 with felony DWAI, as well as three driving violations on Route 67 in the town of Malta.   

Sequan Fashion, 25, of Schenectady, was charged Dec. 22 in Saratoga Springs with two felony counts criminal possession of a controlled substance/ criminal sale. 

Steven Welch, 38, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 23 with aggravated criminal contempt, and aggravated family offense – both felonies. 

Debra Stensrud, 64, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 24 with menacing in the second-degree, a misdemeanor. 

Noah Sheffer, 21, of Ballston Spa, was charged Dec. 25 in Saratoga Springs with criminal mischief, and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both charges are misdemeanors. 

 Jerycke Parker-Vance, 29, of Ballston Spa, was charged Dec. 25 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, motor vehicle registration suspended, and moving from lane unsafely. 

Jarred Currie, 27, of Corinth, was charged Dec. 27 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and making an unsafe turn. 

Alexis Davenport, 31, of Greenfield Center, was charged Dec. 27 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, speeding, and moving unsafely from lane.

Michelle L. King, 46, of Glens Falls, pleaded Dec. 17 to vehicular assault in the first-degree, a felony, in Moreau. Sentencing March 4. 

POLICE

Natalie Anderson, 49, of Gansevoort, was charged Dec. 17 in Saratoga Springs with felony DWI, and speed not reasonable and prudent. 

Robert Nadeau, 38, of Troy, was charged Dec. 18 in Saratoga Springs with grand larceny in the third-degree, a felony. 

Jeremy Depasquale, 40, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 8 with felony burglary, and petit larceny – a misdemeanor. 

Zachary Skellie, 25, of Stillwater, was charged Dec. 8 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to yield the right-of-way. 

Rachel Flores, 38, of Rotterdam, was charged Dec. 10 in Saratoga Springs with criminal contempt in the second-degree, a misdemeanor.

Robert W. Rivers, 37, of Saratoga Springs, pleaded Dec. 8 to aggravated family offense, a felony. Sentencing scheduled March 8, 2021. 

Adam J. Ross, 39, of Greenfield Center, was sentenced Dec. 10 to 1 year in jail, after pleading to felony DWI, in Saratoga Springs. 

Eileen M. Wesley, 62, of Scotia, pleaded Dec. 10 to felony DWI, in Ballston. Sentencing scheduled Feb. 16. 

 Melissa R. LaPoint, 41, of Moreau, pleaded Dec. 9 to felony DWI, felony aggravated DWI, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, in Wilton. Sentencing Feb. 16, 2021. 

Messiah J. Pompey, 25, of Halfmoon, pleaded Dec. 4 to promoting a sexual performance by a child, a felony. Sentencing Feb. 18, 2021. 

Patrick Colon, Jr., 34, of Hagaman, was sentenced Dec. 3 to 1.5 to 3 years in state prison, after pleading to criminal contempt in the first-degree, a felony, in Mechanicville.   

Bruce Stanley, 76, of Halfmoon, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, after pleading to sexual abuse in the first-degree, in Halfmoon. 

Todd M. Baker, 37, of Mechanicville, pleaded Dec. 7 to criminal contempt in the first-degree, a felony, in connection with an incident in Stillwater. Sentencing Feb. 28. 

POLICE 

Chad M. Cruger, 21, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 11 with two felony counts burglary and two felony counts criminal mischief, in addition to the following misdemeanors: petit larceny, criminal tampering, criminal possession stolen property, possession of burglar tools, and three misdemeanor counts criminal mischief. City police said in the early morning hours on Friday, Dec. 11, officers on patrol discovered a burglary at Roma Foods, on Washington Street. An investigation showed there had been forced entry and items taken from inside the business. Shortly afterwards, a burglary in progress was called in from a residence on Newton Avenue, which is in close proximity to the Roma’s burglary. Officers who responded to the Newton Avenue call, which was a burglary to a locked shed, allegedly located Cruger at that scene. Cruger is accused of being involved in both incidents and was additionally found to have an outstanding arrest warrant for criminal mischief in an unrelated incident. Cruger was arraigned on all offenses and sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail, or $50,000 bond.

Jamar Wilson, 33, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 4 with the felonies: criminal contempt, and aggravated family offense, and the misdemeanors: criminal contempt, acting in manner injure child, and criminal obstruction of breathing. 

Hector Martinez, 22, of Schenectady, was charged Dec. 5 in Saratoga Springs with assault in the third-degree, and aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor. 

Emeline Weir, 34, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 2 with felony burglary. 

Victor Maffetone, 34, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 2 with felony burglary. 

Kenneth Hughes, 35, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 2 with criminal trespass misdemeanor. 

Devan Hildebrandt, 29, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 2 with felony burglary, and misdemeanor assault. 

Karen Pagano, 50, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 3 with misdemeanor petit larceny. 

Devin Hayes, 24, of Gansevoort, was charged Dec. 3 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, misdemeanor aggravated DWI, and speed not reasonable and prudent. 

Yaw Acheampong, 27, of Schenectady, was charged Dec. 3 with rape in the first-degree, in Clifton Park. Acheampong is accused of having sexual intercourse with a female who was physically helpless, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. He was sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash, or $10,000 bond. 

James L. Salvo, 49, and Amie L. Sorey, 44 – both of Schenectady, were arrested Dec. 7 following a lengthy investigation into an alleged grand larceny that occurred on Sept. 13 at the Singlecut Brewery located at Fairchild Square in the town of Clifton Park.  Salvo and Sorey are accused of having entered a construction trailer located at the business and stealing over $3,000 worth of numerous construction tools.  They were each charged with one count grand larceny in the third-degree.

COURT 

Michael T. June, 36, of Schenectady, was sentenced Nov. 30 to 1 to 3 years state prison, after pleading to felony DWI in Saratoga Springs. 

Joyce Q. Dadhirao, 56, of Round Lake, was sentenced Dec. 2 to five years of probation, after pleading to DWAI, a felony, in Clifton Park. 

Linda C. Deitz, 43, of Albany, was sentenced Dec. 2 to five years of probation, after pleading to felony DWI, in Moreau. 

Erik T. Cargile, 34, of Albany, pleaded Dec. 3 to aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, in Malta. Sentencing Feb. 3, 2021. 

POLICE

Dennis J. L. Lescault, 28, of Lake Luzerne, was charged in Saratoga Springs with three felonies: attempted assault with intent to cause injury to officer, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal mischief, and the misdemeanors: obstruct governmental administration; reckless endangerment; unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle; aggravated unlicensed operation, and reckless driving. The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office added additional charges: AUO in the first-degree, DWAI, unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration, and numerous vehicle and traffic law infractions. The Saratoga Springs incident took place about 7 a.m. on Nov. 26, when a city Police Department officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop on Spring Street, authorities said. As the officer approached the vehicle on foot, it quickly accelerated and turned southbound onto Circular Street, onto Whitney Place and then entered the Greenridge Cemetery. As the vehicle attempted to exit the cemetery, it allegedly rammed the driver’s side of a marked Saratoga Springs Police Department car which had its emergency lights on. The officer of the rammed car was not injured. The vehicle continued onto roads in the southeast area of Saratoga Springs and then into the Town of Malta. Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office officers attempted to stop the vehicle for a failure to signal lane changes on I-87 northbound in the Town of Malta. The driver is accused of then leading police on a pursuit that continued after it exited I-87 at Exit 15, and north on New York State Route 50, and eventually south on Route 9 where the operator was apprehended after a short foot chase. Lescault was arraigned on city charges on December 2 and sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash, or $30,000 bond.

Barrett Zalocha, 28, of New Hartford, was charged Nov. 20 in Saratoga Springs with forcible touching, and public lewdness. Both charges are misdemeanors. 

Annabella Boyea, 20, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Nov. 20 with misdemeanor assault, and misdemeanor criminal possession of a weapon. 

Juan Munguia, 30, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Nov. 21 with misdemeanor petit larceny, and felony grand larceny. 

Elizabeth Hanson, 29, of Ballston Spa, was charged Nov. 22 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding. 

Daniel Earley, 27, of Schenectady, was charged Nov. 22 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and a vehicle equipment violation.

Nicholas Warner, 21, of Ballston Spa, was charged Nov. 23 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and a vehicle equipment violation. 

Kodi Goodson, 29, of Ballston Spa, was charged Nov. 23 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and a vehicle equipment violation.

Devin Orphan, 20, of Rotterdam, was charged Nov. 23 in Saratoga Springs with criminal contempt misdemeanor, and aggravated family offense – with more than one offense within five years rising to a felony count. 

Kayla Harris, 21, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Nov. 25 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stop at a stop sign. 

Ethan Kriesel, 30, of Amsterdam, was charged Nov. 26 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana, and speeding.

William M. Biette, 44, of Latham, was sentenced to 2 to 6 years state prison, after pleading to felony DWI, in Malta. 

Javier A. Dalmasi, 25, of Saratoga Springs, pleaded Nov. 19 to criminal contempt in the first-degree, a felony, in connection with incidents in Northumberland, Malta and Saratoga Springs in late 2019. Sentencing scheduled Jan. 26.

Lucas Sisco, 20, of Granville, was charged Nov. 17 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Joshua Rector, 42, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Nov. 17 with resisting arrest, obstruct governmental administration, petit larceny, and criminal possession of stolen property. All four charges are misdemeanors.

Michael Redd, 18, of Mechanicville, was charged Nov. 19 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor assault. 

Meaghan Kraft, 42, of Ballston Spa, was charged Nov. 19 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, misdemeanor aggravated DWI, refusal to take a breath test, and two driving violations. 

Miles Hawes, 29, of Milton, was charged Nov. 17 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, misdemeanor aggravated DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana, having no motor vehicle license, and motor vehicle registration suspended. 

Keegan A. Farrell, 20, of Greenfield Center, was charged Nov. 30 with felony burglary. Farrell is accused of entering and remaining unlawfully in a building in the town of Ballston with the intent to commit a crime, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. 

Robert Bump, age 47, of Rensselaer, was charged Nov. 30 with burglary in the third-degree, regarding an alleged incident that occurred in the town of Halfmoon. 

William Brown, 37, of Latham, was charged Nov. 14 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, misdemeanor aggravated DWI, reckless driving, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, obstruct governmental administration, criminal mischief, and three driving violations following an incident on Grand Avenue in Saratoga Springs where Brown is suspected of colliding with an unoccupied car. 

Gregory Dempsey, 51, of Greenfield Center, was charged Nov. 14 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, refusal to take a breath test, and moving from lane unsafely. 

Nicholas Charron, 22, of Spencerport, was charged Nov. 15 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, reckless driving, speeding, and failure to obey police officer. 

Andrew Barney, 22, of Greenfield Center, was charged Nov. 15 in Saratoga Springs with two felony counts criminal possession of a controlled substance, and trespassing. 

Noah McFarland, 21, of Greenfield Center, was charged Nov. 16 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, and speeding. 

Christopher Nichols, 29, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Nov. 16 with misdemeanor petit larceny and misdemeanor criminal possession of stolen property. 

Joy Jirak, 35, of Milton, was charged Nov. 16 in Saratoga Springs with criminal contempt, and criminal mischief – both charges are misdemeanors.

November 21 – November 25, 2020

COURT

Jahelijah Davis, 38, of Watervliet, pleaded Nov. 18 to attempted sexual abuse in the first-degree, a felony, in Ballston. Sentencing scheduled Nov. 15, 2021. 

Juan A. Vazquez, 47, of South Glens Falls, was sentenced Nov. 18 to serve 20 years to life, after pleading to murder in the second-degree. According to the Saratoga County District Attorney’s office,  Vazquez, at the time he entered his plea, admitted he intentionally caused the death of Kenny J. Shipski on April 10, 2020, following an argument that took place regarding drugs, and ended with Vazquez stabbing Shipski several times when visiting his room at the Clearview Motel in South Glens Falls. 

James I. Price, 43, of Ballston Spa, pleaded Nov. 16 to felony DWI. Sentencing Jan. 22. 

Tricia M. Kilduff, 41, of Glens Falls, pleaded Nov. 16 to aggravated SWI with a child less than 16 years old, in Moreau. Sentencing Jan. 20. 

David M. Tenace, 53, of Schenectady, was sentenced to 2 to 4 years in state prison, after pleading to felony burglary in the third-degree, in Saratoga Springs. 

POLICE 

Patrick F. Phelan, of 53, Saratoga Springs,  was charged Nov. 15 with felony assault, misdemeanor DWI and aggravated DWI, leaving the scene of an accident resulting in serious injury – a felony, a vehicle equipment violation and refusing to take a breath test.  According to the Saratoga Springs Police Department, at 9 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 15, officers responded to a personal injury accident on Ballston Avenue just south of Lincoln Avenue. The report was that a vehicle had struck a jogger and then left the scene. Upon arrival officers located the jogger, 72-year-old Andrew Fincke, on the east shoulder of Ballston Avenue. The Saratoga Springs Fire Department arrived and began initial treatment to Fincke. Witnesses at the scene provided information regarding a vehicle involved in the incident. That vehicle, a red 2019 Jeep Renegade operated by Phelan, was stopped by police on Broadway. While traveling northbound on Ballston Avenue earlier, Phelan is suspected of having swerved right of his lane of travel, striking Fincke, and then leaving the scene of the accident. Fincke was transported to Albany Medical Center from the scene, and suffered both head trauma and internal injuries as a result of the incident. Additional charges are possible.

Laura B. Brock, 37, of Halfmoon, was charged Nov. 16 with assault in the second-degree, resisting arrest, criminal possession of a weapon the fourth-degree, and menacing in the second-degree, after allegedly resisting arrest and intentionally causing physical injury to a deputy sheriff by headbutting him to his facial area. She was arraigned at Wilton Town Court and released on her own recognizance pending further action in the matter.

Elizabeth D. Badger, 58, of Troy, was charged Nov. 15 with endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person in the first-degree, a felony. She is accused of striking and threatening to strike a resident at the Saratoga Bridges facility on numerous occasions.  She was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Halfmoon Town Court on a later date.

Jeffrey S. Myatt, 42, of Ballston Lake, was charged Nov. 15 with the following felonies - two counts burglary, single counts assault, criminal mischief, and grand larceny, as well as one misdemeanor count criminal mischief in connection with an alleged incident in Halfmoon. He is accused of unlawfully entering and remaining in a dwelling with the intent to commit a crime therein and of causing serious physical injury to a person who was not a participant in the crime.  He is also charged with stealing a purse containing a credit card and of smashing a television set. Myatt was arraigned and released on his own recognizance pending further action in the matter. The assault victim in the matter was treated at Malta Med Emergent Care and released.

Adoniram J. Huntington IV, 45, of Moreau, was charged Nov. 13 with felony burglary, and petit larceny, and criminal contempt misdemeanors, in connection with an alleged incident in Moreau. Huntington was arraigned and sent to the Saratoga County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500/$1,000 bail and scheduled to reappear in the Moreau Town Court at a later date.

November 14 – November 20, 2020

COURT

Randy Brouillette, 45, of Saratoga Springs, was sentenced Nov. 12 to 60 days in jail, after pleading to attempted assault in the second-degree. 

Norman E. Rose, 41, of Saratoga Springs, was sentenced Nov. 10 to 1.5-3 years state prison, after pleading to criminal contempt in the first-degree, in Wilton. 

Ralph Knapp, 68, of Saratoga Springs, pleaded Nov. 13 to failure to register as a sex offender. Sentencing Jan. 15, 2021. 

Leslie F. Allen, Jr., 39, of Corinth, pleaded Nov. 13 to failure to register as a sex offender. Sentencing Dec. 4. 

Rakim L. Johnson, 29, of Lake George, pleaded Nov. 13 to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth-degree, a felony, in Saratoga Springs. Sentencing Jan. 15. 

POLICE 

Adoniram J. Huntington IV, 45, of Moreau, was charged Nov. 13 with two felony counts Burglary in the third-degree, single felony counts grand larceny, and reckless endangerment, the misdemeanors: unlawful fleeing from police in a motor vehicle, and petit larceny, and numerous vehicle and traffic violations.  Huntington was charged in connection with a series of incidents at a business in the town of Moreau.  According to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, on Nov. 11, Huntington is suspected of forced entry into a business and stealing a vehicle from that business. It is alleged he then fled from responding Sheriff’s units, and nearly caused multiple serious collisions while fleeing. The vehicle pursuit was ended to not increase the risk of an accident, authorities said. The stolen vehicle was located abandoned a short distance away the following day.  During the evening of Nov.  12, he is alleged to have returned to the same business, and burglarized it again, this time stealing miscellaneous items inside, before he was caught in the act by the business owner, and subsequently attempted to flee on foot but was caught a short distance away by Sheriff’s Office Deputies. 

William J. Pfeiffer, 43, of Halfmoon, was charged Nov. 12 with felony assault, and the misdemeanors: criminal obstruction of breathing, unlawful imprisonment, and criminal possession of a weapon. Pfeiffer is alleged to have struck a female during a domestic incident with a belt, choked her, and prevented her from leaving the residence, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s office.  He was arraigned by Judge Waite of the Saratoga Springs City Court and released to Pre-Trial Services through the Saratoga County Probation Department.  An Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim and Pfeiffer is scheduled to appear in Halfmoon Town Court later this month.     

Dylan A. Nigro, 18, homeless, was charged Nov. 11 with assault in the second-degree, following an alleged incident in the Northway Eleven community. Nigro is suspected of being involved in an altercation with another male on Sylvan Trail.  During the altercation Nigro, allegedly stabbed the unnamed male in the arm. The victim’s injuries required treatment at Albany Medical Center.  Nigro was arraigned in the Ballston Town Court and is being held at Saratoga County Jail. He is scheduled to return to the Malta Town court at a later date.   

Jeffrey Rubertone, 48, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Nov. 9 with felony DWI and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate. 

Kory Willis, 31, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Nov. 11 with criminal mischief, and assault in the third-degree. 

Matthew McDonald, 26, of Amsterdam, was charged Nov. 11 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and unsafe backing of vehicle. 

Jeremy Depasquale, 40, of Latham, was charged Nov. 11 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor petit larceny. 

Maegan Mack, 26, of Gansevoort, was charged Nov. 12 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stop at a stop sign. 

Jason Neville, 44, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Nov. 12 with felony DWI, passing a red light, having a suspended motor vehicle registration, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and circumventing a motor vehicle interlock system. 

David Haverly, 29, of Ballston Spa, was charged Nov. 13 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, and moving from lane unsafely.

Sylvester L. Jackson, 55, of Saratoga Springs, was sentenced Oct. 28 to 2 years state prison, after pleading to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth-degree, in Moreau. 

Paul J. Pike, 28, of Saratoga Springs, pleaded Oct. 30 to vehicular assault in the first-degree. Sentencing Jan. 8, 2021.

John L. Jarvis, 57, of Gansevoort, was charged Oct. 15 with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth-degree, a felony, in connection with allegedly committing larcenies from several motor vehicles in Wilton. 

Pedro Rosario, 19, of Schenectady, was charged Oct. 18 with criminal mischief - a felony, and disorderly conduct – a violation. He is accused of jumping up and down on the roof of a county Sheriff’s Office vehicle that caused in excess of $250 in damage, while deputies were investigating a loud noise complaint in the town of Malta. 

Leslie F. Allen, Jr., 39 years old was charged Oct. 3 with grand larceny in the third-degree, following an investigation into checks that were stolen from a town of Greenfield resident between January and May of 2020.  A total of 34 checks had allegedly been stolen, forged and cashed against the victim’s account for a larceny totaling $6,942.  Allen was arraigned returned to the Saratoga County Correctional Facility where he was being held on unrelated charges.
