June 3, 2026. 2:51 p.m.- Saratoga Springs Police arrested a Gansevoort resident on charges of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs- first offense and following too close. Arrest occurred on Lake Avenue.
June 3, 2026. 5:49 p.m.- Saratoga Springs Police arrested a homeless/transient individual on charges of 7yh degree criminal possession of controlled substance, 2nd degree criminal contempt: disobey court, and aggravated family offense- more than one offense within five years. Arrest occurred on Maple Avenue.
June 3, 2026. 9:18 p.m.- New York State Police arrested a Saratoga Springs resident in the Town of Wilton on charges of misdemeanor 3rd degree bail jumping. Appearance ticket issued.
June 3, 2026. 9: 24 p.m.- Saratoga Springs Police arrested a Glens Falls resident on charges of 3rd degree assault: with intent to cause physical injury, and aggravated family offense- more than one offense within five years. Arrest occurred on Broadway.
June 4, 2026. 12:18 a.m.- Saratoga Springs Police arrested a Saratoga Springs resident on charges of 3rd degree criminal tampering. Arrest occurred on Henry Street.
June 4, 2026. 1:07 a.m.- New York State Police arrested a Watervliet resident in the Town of Clifton Park on charges of misdemeanor DWI- first offense and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 or higher- first offense. Appearance ticket issued.
June 4, 2026. 7:06 a.m.- New York State Police arrested a Clifton Park resident in the Town of Halfmoon on charges of misdemeanor DWI- first offense and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs- first offense. Appearance ticket issued.

June 4, 2026. 10:07 p.m.- Saratoga Springs Police arrested a homeless/ transient induvial on charges on 3rd degree criminal possession of a weapon: previous conviction. Arrest occurred at the intersection of Ballston Avenue and South Street.
June 5, 2026. 3:47 a.m.- New York State Police arrested a Latham resident in the Town of Malta on charges of misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 or higher- first offense, misdemeanor DWI- first offense, and misdemeanor aggravated DWI: BAC of .18 or higher- no priors. Appearance ticket issued.
June 5, 2026. 3:11 a.m.- Saratoga Springs Police arrested a Corinth resident on charges of 1st degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, DWI- first offense, drinking alcohol or using cannabis in a motor vehicle on highway, failure to use designated lane, speed not reasonable and prudent, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. Arrest occurred on New Scotland Avenue.
June 5, 2026. 3:15 a.m.- New York State Police arrested a Brooklyn resident in the Town of Malta on charges of misdemeanor 3rd degree bail jumping. Central arraignment.
June 5, 2026. 2:30 p.m.- Saratoga Springs Police arrested a Saratoga Springs resident on charges of 2nd degree criminal contempt: disobey Court. Arrest occurred on Broadway.
June 5, 2026. 6:21 p.m.- Saratoga Springs Police arrested a Saratoga Springs resident on charges of 3rd degree criminal tampering. Arrest occurred on Lake Avenue.
June 5, 2026. 6:32 p.m.- Saratoga Springs Police arrested a Saratoga Springs resident on charges of 2nd degree obstructing governmental administration, act in a manner to injure a child less than 17, resisting arrest, criminal mischief: reckless property damage greater than $250 Arrest occurred on Vanderbilt Terrace.
June 5, 2026. 9:35 p.m.- New York State Police arrested a Clifton Park resident in the Town of Clifton Park on charges of felony 1st degree criminal contempt: violate order of protection- physical contact and felony 2nd degree burglary: illegal entry- dwelling. Bail bond. Original incident occurred on June 3. Investigation pending.

Released on own recognizance.
