4-H Homeschool Outreach Program Take Home Kits

SARATOGA COUNTY —The Saratoga County 4-H School Outreach Educator, Mrs. Julie Curren, has readapted the 4-H program to offer “kits” through socially-distanced drop-offs supplemented with LIVE lessons through online platforms.

Kits are now available to all Saratoga County families through the inaugural launch of the 4-H Homeschool Outreach Program.

Beginning in October and rolling out throughout the school year, current offerings include “Eat a Rainbow” snacks, “Think Your Drink” beverages, “Label Literacy” with the MyPlate guide, taking a walk and building a birdhouse with “Bluebirds of NY” and building a plastic bottle rocket with “Rockets Away” kits.
