Construction to Start Next Month on Apartments in Malta

Sunrise Management & Consulting announced it has finalized the construction contract and closed on construction financing with Community Bank, N.A. for The Eastline Apartments, a 136-unit mixed-use apartment community at the northeast corner of Route 67 and Eastline Road in Malta. Construction will begin later this month, with the first residents expected to move in during early 2028. 

The approximately 160,000-square-foot building will pair 136 apartments with approximately 8,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, suited for tenants. Apartments will offer one and two-bedroom floor plans featuring stone countertops, modern kitchen appliances, generous closet space and private balconies. Residents will enjoy elevator access, a fitness center, controlled-access entry and on-site storage lockers.
