2026 Saratoga Showcase of Homes Award Winners; Celebrating 30 Years of Exceptional Homes; Over 3,500 Tour the Homes in this Annual Fall Tradition!

The area’s premiere new home tour, the 2026 Saratoga Showcase of Homes, was proudly presented over two beautiful fall weekends this year on October 3-4 and October 10-11. This year’s edition featured 13 extraordinary homes from 12 Award-Winning builders on display in Saratoga County.   

Participating builders in this year’s event; Amedore Homes, Barbera Homes, Belmonte Builders, BT Land Development, Homes by Malta Development, Kodiak Construction, Kohler Homes, Spa City Builders, Talarico Construction, Trojanski Builders, Urvalek Builders and Witt Construction. 

Thank you to the many generous corporate and media sponsors, showcase builders and suppliers, showcase committee, volunteers and especially the over 3500 visitors who purchased tickets to tour these magnificent homes in support of this spectacular fall tradition. This year’s showcase featured something for everyone with condos and town homes, ranch style homes, modern homes, and small to medium to larger homes. This year celebrated and marked the 30th Anniversary of exceptional homes.  

All the builder awards in seven categories were announced at the 2026 Showcase Awards Presentation & Celebration held on Thursday, October 8th with over 250 people in attendance.  Thank you to all the builders for your dedication and congratulations to the 2026 Showcase of Homes Award Winners! 

This year’s “People’s Choice” awards and the donations to our local charities from the proceeds of this annual event will be announced in early November. 

Celebrating its 30th year, this annual community event has contributed $1.8 MILLION DOLLARS to our local charities. Proceeds from the Saratoga Showcase of Homes benefit Rebuilding Together Saratoga County (www.rtsaratoga.org) and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties (www.glensfallshabitat.org).
