2022 CCE Equine Saratoga Horse Symposium

SARATOGA COUNTY — Save the date for CCE Equine’s Saratoga Horse Symposium on Saturday, May 14 at the 4-H Training Center in Ballston Spa.  This exciting educational event is a celebration for new, aspiring, and experienced horse owners and professionals. Registration for general admission, vendors, and sponsors will be open in February 2022. 

General admission for the Horse Symposium includes all clinics and seminars, and entry to a large used tack sale. Tickets per adult are $15 for the day, 18 years of age and younger are $5 and 4-H youth members are free. Come and go as you please all day from 8:30-4:30 p.m.

The Horse Symposium has been dedicated to offering quality equine experiences for over 20 years. In the past, industry leading veterinarians, trainers, and experts have joined to offer a diverse offering that can be applicable to most equine disciplines. In between seminars and demonstrations participants can enjoy food concessions, bid in a silent auction, browse the vendor room, and enjoy a used tack-sale fundraiser for the Saratoga County 4-H program.

  • Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office  The Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic incident call on Manchester Drive in the town of Halfmoon on April 21. Investigation into the matter led to the arrest of Julia H. Kim (age 33) of Halfmoon, who was charged with assault in the 2nd degree (class D felony) and criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree (class A misdemeanor).
