Born on May 26, 1948 in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Thelma Hetrick Winney. Mary Ann spent most of her adult life as a homemaker in Saratoga Springs with her husband Edward "Red" Willsey Jr.
She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, wife and friend. Mary Ann enjoyed the simple things like rides around Saratoga Lake, Whopper Jr.’s, reading the Price Chopper flyer on Sundays and chatting over coffee—especially about food. She will be greatly missed.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband Edward "Red" Willsey Jr., and her brothers Mike, Frank and Walter.
She is survived by her daughter, Ann Marie (Willsey) Billingsley, her two grandchildren, Austin and Eric Billingsley, all of St. Stephen, New Brunswick, Canada; one sister, Betty (Weldon) Collins and one brother, Rick Weldon, both of Ballston Spa; three nieces, five nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
A heart-felt thank-you is given to the staff of C3 at Saratoga Hospital for making Mary Ann’s last few months as nice and comfortable as possible. She enjoyed the company and the talks she had with you all, as well as the treats. You went above and beyond and it was appreciated by Mary Ann and her family. You became family to her as well.
