Carole DeMayo Grayson
CLIFTON PARK – Carole DeMayo Grayson, 75, died on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 in Troy of natural causes.
Born in Troy on April 15, 1941, she was the daughter of William and Kathleen DeMayo. Carole grew up in Troy. She was married to the late Robert B. Grayson for 46 years and together they lived in Troy before moving to Clifton Park. She worked in marketing after getting married, and from there became a home maker. Carole was on the Troy Flag Day committee for many years.
Survivors include her four children, Robert (Joella) Grayson of Johnsonville, Sherry (Nick) Haddad of Land O’Lakes, FL, Lawrence (Erin) Grayson of Mechanicville, and Keith (Cynthia) Grayson of Florida. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and her brother Robert DeMayo.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Carole was predeceased by her daughter Lynn; sisters June Sheehan and Diane Seguin and brothers William and Thomas DeMayo.
There were no calling hours and services were private at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are under the direction of the William J. Burke and Sons/Bussing and Cunniff Funeral Homes of Saratoga Springs.
