Corey E. Palmatier, 35, of Cliff Street, Middleburgh, was arrested May 13 and charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08 percent, a Class A misdemeanor. Palmatier's vehicle was stopped on Spring Street for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Palmatier was identified as the driver, appeared to be intoxicated and was arrested for DWI.

Kasheim Pendelton, 29, of Jackson Avenue, Schenectady, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, May 13. Pendelton was arrested on a warrant from an incident that occurred on May 22.

Paul D. Bauscher, 36, of Pine Lane, Cambridge, was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a Class E felony, endangering the welfare of a child, a Class A misdemeanor, reckless endangerment in the second degree, reckless driving, and leaving the scene of an auto accident. Officers allegedly observed a vehicle on Broadway hit another vehicle and then leave the scene of the accident. The vehicle was being operated erratically and was stopped on Route 50 at East Ave. Bauscher was identified as the driver and he was placed under arrest. Bauscher was processed and released on bail. The occupants in the vehicle hit by Bauscher were taken to Saratoga Hospital for precautionary measures, treated and released. 

Stacy Morey-Beldon, 42, of Route 29, Galway, was arrested May 10 and charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08 percent, a Class A misdemeanor. Officers stopped a vehicle heading west on Church Street for vehicle and traffic violations. The driver was identified as Morey-Beldon and she appeared to be intoxicated. Morey-Beldon was arrested and transported to the police department.

Michael P. Gonzales, 21, of Beacon Hill Drive, Saratoga Springs, was arrested May 10 and charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than .18 percent, a Class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marihuana, a violation. Officers stopped a vehicle on Union Ave for vehicle and traffic offenses. Gonzalez was identified as the driver and appeared to be intoxicated. Gonzalez was arrested for DWI and transported to the police department.

Brian J. Bennett, 41, Homeless, was charged with criminal trespass in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor, May 10. Officers were dispatched to a home on Division Street for a highly intoxicated person allegedly sleeping on the front porch of the residence. Bennett was identified, he does not live at the residence and was placed under arrest.

Claudio A. Elgueta-Barrero, 30, of Boynton Beach Place, Boynton Beach, Florida, was charged with DWI, a Class A misdemeanor, operate a motor vehicle by unlicensed driver, and failure to keep right, on May 10. Elgueta-Barrero was stopped on High Rock Ave for vehicle and traffic violations. Elgueta-Barrero allegedly appeared to be intoxicated and is an unlicensed operator. Elgueta- Barrero was placed under arrest for DWI and transported to the police department.

Jonathan Joseph Rivera, 23, of Wedgewood Drive, Saratoga Springs, was charged with criminal possession of marihuana in the fifth degree, a Class A misdemeanor, and endangering the welfare of a child, on May 10. Rivera was stopped at the Eastside Rec. in possession of a stolen bicycle and in possession of marijuana. When stopped, Rivera was in the process of providing marijuana to two young girls. Rivera was arrested and transported to the police department.

Thomas J. Dingmon, 22, Homeless, was charged with Burglary in the third degree, a Class D felony, criminal mischief in the second degree, a Class D felony, and petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, and criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor. on May 10. Dingmon was arrested on (5) separate warrants for crimes that he is alleged to have committed dating back to October 30, 2012. He is being charged in connection with (3) business burglaries that occurred on October 30, 2012 and March 29, 2013. Dingmon is also being charged for threatening an individual with harm on Division Street, possession of Heroin and possession of Hypodermic needles. Dingmon was processed and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail.

Jordon C. Palladino, 32, of Katherine Drive, Clifton Park, assault in the third degree, a Class A misdemeanor, and resisting arrest, on May 11. Officers responded to Clancy’s Bar for an assault. Upon arrival officers identified Palladino as the person who allegedly assaulted an employee of the bar. Palladino began fighting with officers when they attempted to place him under arrest. Palladino was arrested, processed and celled.

Daniel P. Grignon, 31, of Squashville Road, Greenfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation, on May 12. Officers responded to a fight on Caroline Street and upon their arrival one of the people involved in the fight refused to stop when instructed by officers. Grignon was identified as that person and placed under arrest.

Maurice D. Walker, 24, of Crane Street, Schenectady, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation, on May 12. Officers responded to a disturbance on Broadway. Officers identified Walker as the cause of that disturbance and he was arrested and transported to the police department.

Steven C. Blankenship, 34, of Garrison Linn Flat Road, Garrison, Texas, was charged with assault in the third degree/intent to do physical injury, on May 12. Officers responded to a fight on Caroline Street and identified Blankenship as the person who allegedly assaulted an individual for no reason. Blankenship was placed under arrest and transported to the police department.

Timothy P. Sims, 22, of Jefferson Terrace, Saratoga Springs, and Deshawn M. Bergh, 22, of Lincoln Avenue, Amsterdam, were charged with disorderly conduct, a violation, on May 12. Sims and Bergh were allegedly involved in a dispute in front of the Saratogian offices on Lake Avenue. Officers arrived and they refused to break-up and move on so both subjects were arrested.

  • Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office  The Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic incident call on Manchester Drive in the town of Halfmoon on April 21. Investigation into the matter led to the arrest of Julia H. Kim (age 33) of Halfmoon, who was charged with assault in the 2nd degree (class D felony) and criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree (class A misdemeanor). Kim is accused of causing physical injury to a person known to her by striking them to the head with a frying pan. She was arraigned before the Honorable Joseph V. Fodera in the Halfmoon Town…
