Roger W. Sikora, 47, of Pine Grove Avenue, Kingston, was arrested May 24 and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Officers responded to a domestic incident on Crommelin Drive. Sikora is alleged to have damaged property during the domestic incident and was arrested.
Shabazz R. Felton, 21, of New Jersey Avenue, Brooklyn, was arrested May 24 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a Class B felony. Officers responded to Walworth Street for a report of a fight where a gun and knife were displayed. Upon officers arrival they were advised Felton was involved but had left the area. Officers encountered Felton a short time later on Jefferson Street. Felton was stopped and found to be in possession of crack cocaine. Felton was arrested and held at the police department. Officers are still investigating the original complaint.
Brendan J. Whiteside, 19, of Jessica Terrace, Gansevoort, was arrested May 23 and charged with coercion in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor, and unlawful imprisonment, a Class A misdemeanor. Whiteside was arrested as a result of a domestic incident. Whiteside is alleged to have made physical threats against the victim and blocked the victim from being able to leave.
Melissa C. Naber, 32, of Hyde Street, Saratoga Springs, was arrested May 23 and charged with two counts of issuing a bad check, a Class B felony. Naber was arrested on a warrant for issuing bad checks in excess of $1,000.
Thomas J. Dingmon, 22, homeless, was arrested May 23 and charged with burglary in the second degree, a Class C felony, and criminal mischief in the second degree, a Class D felony. Dingmon was arrested on a warrant for a business burglary that occurred on 2/5/13. This is the fourth business burglary arrest for Dingmon in the last three weeks.
Jacob C. Perring, 29, of Hathorn Blvd., Saratoga Springs, was arrested May 23 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, a Class D felony, menacing in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Officers responded to an altercation on Caroline Street near Putnam Street. Perring was identified as the aggressor and allegedly in possession of a dangerous instrument that may have been used in the altercation. Perring was arrested, transported to police department, processed and celled.
Dawn M. Rivers, 49, homeless, was arrested May 22 and charged with unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Rivers was observed buying alcoholic beverages for two people under the age of 21. Rivers was arrested.
Benjamin M. Kramer, 31, of Jefferson Street, Saratoga Springs, was arrested May 22 and charged with felony failure to register as a sex offender, a Class D felony. Kramer was arrested on a warrant for failure to registering his address. Kramer is a level 1 sex offender and is alleged to have been living at a location other than that in which he is registered to live.
