Thomas A. Neumann, 34, of Park Place, Ballston Spa, was arrested July 8 and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor, and stalking in the fourth degree, a Class B misdemeanor.

James N. Carero, 22, of Petrified Sea Gardens Road, Saratoga Springs, was arrested July 7 and charged with assault in the third degree, a Class A misdemeanor.

Nicholas D. Capone, 50, of Route 9 South, Saratoga Springs, was arrested July 7 and charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, a Class A misdemeanor, criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor, and resisting arrest, a Class A misdemeanor.

Justin J. Benito, 33, of North Beacon Street, Brighton, MA, was arrested July 7 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor, possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor.

William J. Nash, 23, of Terry Drive, South Glens Falls, was arrested July 7 and charged with disorderly conduct, a violation, and resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor.

Kendra Caroline Shea, 18, of Hoyt Avenue, South Glens Falls, was arrested July 7 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

Corey J. Hall, 26, of Main Street, Hudson Falls, was arrested July 7 and charged with possession of explosives, fireworks, pyrotechnics, a violation.

Kevin C. Hayes, 28, of Brookfield Lane, Geneva, IL, was arrested July 7 and charged with disorderly conduct, a violation, and criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree, a Class B misdemeanor.

Anthony J. Chickadel, 33, of Brigantine Boulevard, Brigantine, NJ, was arrested July 7 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

Nicholas R. DiCosmo, 22, of Lafayette Boulevard, Brigantine, NJ, was arrested July 7 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

Adam S. Cauger, 24, of South Mail Street, Albany, was arrested July 6 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony.

Charles D. Frank, 24, of Elliot Road, Great Neck, was arrested July 6 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

Bryan R. Kluesner, 29, of Fairview Street, New Brittian, CT, was arrested July 6 and charged with assault in the third degree, a Class A misdemeanor.

Eric J. Koval, 22, of Route 67, Stillwater, was arrested July 6 and charged with attempted disorderly conduct, a violation.

Cody D. Kenyon, 21, of Union Mills Road, Broadalbin, was arrested July 6 and charged with disorderly conduct, a violation, and resisting arrest, a Class A misdemeanor.

Ross G. Hannon, 31, of Crooked Street, Scotia, was arrested July 6 and charged with DWI, a Class A misdemeanor.

Anthony L. Lisella, of Moreau Road, Tolland, MA, was arrested July 6 and charged with DWI, a Class A misdemeanor.

Joshua D. Rector, 34, of Clinton Street, Saratoga Springs, was arrested July 6 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

Yet M. Liu, 25, of Sandcreek Road, Albany, was arrested July 5 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

Emanuel R. Ronzoni, 52, of Allen Drive, Saratoga Springs, was arrested July 5 and charged with disorderly conduct, a violation.

Melissa S. Mamache, 33, of Louden Road, Saratoga Springs, was arrested July 5 and charged with petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, and scheming to defraud in the first degree, a Class E felony.

Alicia M. Winnie, 19, of Avenue C, Mechanicville, was arrested July 5 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor.

Christopher J. Sullivan, 25, of 4th Avenue, Watervliet, was arrested July 5 and charged with DWI, a Class A misdemeanor.

Travis C. Walton, 24, of Hinds Road, Galway, was arrested July 4 and charged with DWI, a Class A misdemeanor.

Ryan W. Roewer, 27, of Johnson Road, Cambridge, was arrested July 3 and charged with grand larceny in the third degree, a Class D felony.

  • Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office  The Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic incident call on Manchester Drive in the town of Halfmoon on April 21. Investigation into the matter led to the arrest of Julia H. Kim (age 33) of Halfmoon, who was charged with assault in the 2nd degree (class D felony) and criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree (class A misdemeanor).
