COURTS:

Arthur A. Gannon, 47, of Corinth, was arraigned on November 19 and charged with five counts of felony predatory sexual assault against a child, felony use of a child in a sexual performance, three counts of felony sexual abuse in the first degree, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. 

Kyle M. Moran, 26, of Stillwater, was arraigned on November 19 and charged with two counts of felony criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, two counts of felony criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, two counts of criminal possession of  a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Brandon Fisher, 20, of Galway, was arraigned on November 19 and charged with felony assault in the first degree, two counts of felony assault in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.

Kwahpreme Mitchell, 24, of Troy, pled on November 23 to the felony charge of attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree. Sentencing is scheduled for January 25, 2016.

Brad S. Blair, 38, of Glens Falls, was arraigned on November 23 and charged with two counts of felony criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, two counts of felony criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Serena L. Stagnitta, 43, of Gansevoort, was sentenced on November 24 to 1 1/3 – 4 years in prison and 3 years conditional discharge after pleading to the felony charge of driving while intoxicated.

Christopher P. Haskell, 31, of Ballston Spa, pled on November 24 to the charge of felony attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree. Sentencing is scheduled for February 9, 2016.

Janelle M. Lisney, 35, of Ballston Spa, was sentenced on November 24 to 6 months in jail and 5 years probation after pleading to the felony charge of driving while intoxicated.

Tyler L. Mosher, 26, of Corinth, was sentenced on November 25 to time served after pleading to the felony charge of failure to report an address change within ten days.

Shayna L. Tabachneck, 36, of Mechanicville, pled on November 25 to the felony charge of aggravated cruelty to animals. Sentencing is scheduled for January 27, 2016. 


ARRESTS:

Wallace D. Julius, 47, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on November 15 and charged with felony criminal contempt in the first degree, resisting arrest, and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree.

Lorenzo D. Gonzales, 25, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on November 15 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.

Christine M. Henderson, 39, of Schenectady, was arrested on November 15 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree and assault in the third degree (with intent to cause physical injury). 

Patrick T. McNulty, 24, of Queensbury, was arrested on November 16 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, passing a red trafic signal light, and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Michael E. Burke, 27, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on November 18 and charged with felony burglary in the second degree, and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree.

Baishon D. Sanders, 25, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on November 19 charged with two counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, two counts of menacing in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.

Luke R. Shields, 23, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on November 19 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. 

Logan T. Squires, 21, of Schodack, was arrested on November 19 and charged with unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, criminal facilitation in the fourth degree, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Matthew S. Ragotskie, 24, of Ballston Spa, was arrested on November 19 and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, assault in the third degree (with intent to cause physical injury). 

Pamela F. Kakely, 51, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on November 19 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and possession of a controlled substance outside of its original container.

Joseph B. Ranallo, 35, of Wappinger Falls, was arrested on November 19 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and an equipment violation.

Brendan R. Finneran, 28, Coto De Caza, CA, was arrested on November 20 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC more than .08 of 1%, and failure to obey a traffic control device.

Kari L. Marble, 47, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on November 20 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC more than .08 of 1%, driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of marijuana, driving with no or an expired inspection certificate, and an equipment violation.

Timothy D. Smith, 57, of Penn Lairds, Virginia, was arrested on November 20 and charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, driving while intoxicated, and unlawful use of mobile phone in a motor vehicle. 

Alena DeMarco, 17, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on November 20 and charged with harassment in the second degree, unlawful possession of marihuana, and endangering the welfare of a child. 

Kevin D. Keller, 25, of Ballston Spa, was arrested on November 21 and charged with unlawful possession of marihuana, and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Victoria L. Patterson, 32, of Ballston Spa, was arrested on November 21 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, and an equipment violation.

John A. Vrana, 54, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on November 22 and charged with felony assault in the second degree with a deadly weapon, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.

Stephen E. Terry, 56, of Northport, was arrested on November 22 and charged with felony assault in the second degree (with intent to cause physical injury).

Donnell L. Smith, 44, of Schenectady, was arrested on November 24 and charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and menacing in the second degree.

Victoria L. Sheldon, 27, of Schenectady, was arrested on November 24 and charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree.

Trevor L. Quinn, 22, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on November 25 and charged with consumption of alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle, driving at an unreasonable speed, driving while intoxicated, and making an unsafe lane change.

Roderick E. Greco, 23, of Greenfield Center, was arrested on November 25 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, and failure to obey a traffic control device.

Jeffrey W. Baker, 53, of Wilton, was arrested on November 26 and charged with felony driving with a BAC more than .08 of 1% with a prior, felony driving while intoxicated (second offense), and failure to signal a turn.

Stephanie M. Grzegorzyk, 23, of Mechanicville, was arrested on November 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated, refusing a pre-screen test, and unlawful possession of marihuana. 

Rosaria M. Nowhitney, 22, of Mayfield, was arrested on November 26 and charged with disorderly conduct. 

Craig V. Anderson, 30, of Wilton, was arrested on November 26 and charged with harassment in the second degree, and disorderly conduct.

Elizabeth M. Guthrie, 31, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on November 26 and charged with unlawfully driving on or across the sidewalk, driving while intoxicated, and driving with a BAC more than .08 of 1%.

  • Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office  The Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic incident call on Manchester Drive in the town of Halfmoon on April 21. Investigation into the matter led to the arrest of Julia H. Kim (age 33) of Halfmoon, who was charged with assault in the 2nd degree (class D felony) and criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree (class A misdemeanor).
