Tyler J. Deluca, age 26, Clifton Park, was charged Sept. 23 with driving while intoxicated- misdemeanor; refuse pre-screen test; speeding - posted zone.
Hemant Ramjit, age 24, Schenectady, was charged Sept. 23 with driving while intoxicated- misdemeanor; unlawfully driving on or across sidewalk; reckless driving- misdemeanor; reckless endangerment in the second degree- misdemeanor/ 2 counts.
Gregory P. Tworek, age 34, Saratoga Springs, was charged Sept. 23 with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument- misdemeanor. 2 counts.
Brad D. Harrington, age 31, Queensbury was charged Sept. 22 with one-way street; driving while intoxicated- misdemeanor; aggravated driving while intoxicated- misdemeanor.
Matthew S. Phillips, age 29, Saratoga Springs, was charged Sept. 21 with public lewdness; endangering the welfare of a child- 3 counts - all charges are misdemeanors.
Dominick M. Martin, age 31, and Brandon D. Towers, age 38, both of Saratoga Springs, were each charged Sept. 21 with burglary first degree/causes physical injury- felony; conspiracy in the fourth degree -felony; assault in the third degree/ intent physical injury- felony, in connection with a suspected assault at the Congress Street apartments, in which both men shoved their way inside the apartment and physically assaulted a victim, according to police, who added that the incident was not a random act, as all three were acquaintances.
Jose Gonzalez, age 55, Watervliet, was charged Sept. 21 with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th- misdemeanor; criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd- felony; use of portable electronic devices; unlawful use of mobile phones in motor vehicle; operation of vehicles with safety seats and belts; equipment (obstructed view front/rear by object).
Edward G. Dennis, age 47, Saratoga Springs, was charged Sept. 20 with criminal mischief fourth degree/intent damages prop- misdemeanor; petit larceny- misdemeanor.
Djontay D. Bennifield, age 19, Saratoga Springs was charged Sept. 20 with menacing third- misdemeanor; robbery in the second degree/cause physical injury- felony.
Timothy P. Perales, age 30, Albany, was charged Sept. 20 with unlawful possession of marijuana; fail to keep right; operating unregistered motor vehicle on highway; aggravated unlicensed operation third degree- misdemeanor.
Carlos O. Cotrinaaguilar, age 42, Waterford, was charged Sept. 19 with criminal trespass third degree/building or property- misdemeanor.
