Constance (Connie) E. Rossley

GREENWICH — Constance (Connie) E. Rossley died December 30, 2015 in Daytona Beach, FL. Born December 5, 1928 she was the daughter of the late Valfred and Grace Chambers Peterson. She graduated in 1947 from Greenwich High School and was employed by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company for 34 years on their clerical staff. She was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Greenwich and also a member of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Daytona Beach. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, William J. Rossley; brother, William Peterson, stepson, Stephen Rossley, and grandson, Ryan Rossley. Survivors include her stepson, Richard Rossley of Stony Creek; daughter-in-law Maureen Rossley of Saratoga Springs, brother George Peterson and his wife Claire, nephew, Mark Peterson, and five grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 25, 2016 in the Greenwich Cemetery, with Rev. Chip Strickland, officiating. All are welcome to attend. Arrangements are under the direction of Flynn Bros. Inc. Funeral Home, 80 Main St., Greenwich.
