Michael T. Fox, 49, Burlington Avenue, Gloversville was arrested September 23 at 2 a.m. for DWI, refusal of a pre-screen, speeding a posted zone and failure to keep right.
Pamela M. Wasielewski, 23, Malta Ave, Ballston Spa, was arrested September 22 at 11:35 p.m. and charged with leaving the scene of an accident, DWI, BAC of .08 percent or higher and aggravated DWI for BAC of .18 percent.
Jordan M. Snyder, 20, Brightman Road, Stillwater, was arrested September 22 on a warrant for third degree attempted assault for an incident that occurred July 20.
Richard M. Capone, 31, Vanderbilt Terrace, Saratoga Springs, was arrested on September 22 at 6:07 p.m. and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance outside its original container. He was also arrested on a warrant for third degree assault for a domestic incident that occurred on September 15.
Alex Rios, 21, Jefferson Terrace, Saratoga Springs, was arrested September 22 on a warrant fourth degree criminal mischief for a domestic incident that occurred on September 12.
Mark Henry Fiskio, 25, Beacon Hill Drive, Saratoga Springs, was arrested September 22 at 7:15 a.m. and charged with fourth degree criminal mischief.
Christine E. Cameron, 35, South Greenfield Road, Greenfield Center, was arrested September 22 at 4:19 a.m. for DWI, passing a red light and BAC of .08 percent or higher.
Henry N. Morgan, 25, White Hill Road, Cold Spring Harbor, was arrested September 22 at 3:41 a.m. and charged with DWI, BAC of .08 percent or higher, and two counts of failure to signal a turn.
Katherine Ann Marino, 39, Fort Ann, was arrested on September 22 at 1:14 a.m. for DWI, BAC of .08 percent or higher and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Debra Amato, 52, Loughberry Mobile Home Park, Saratoga Springs, was arrested on September 22 at 12:22 a.m. and charged with DWI, BAC of .08 percent or higher, failure to keep right and third degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
Debra Amato, 37, South Federal Street, Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 11 a.m. on September 21 for petit larceny, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration and second-degree harassment.
Devin M. Sherin, 23, Van Brummel Lane, Ballston Spa, was arrested September 21 at 4:21 a.m. and charged with DWI, BAC of .08 percent or higher, failure to keep right and speeding in a posted zone.
Christine L. Waite, 47, South Federal Street, Saratoga Springs, was arrested Septmeber 21 at 2:10 a.m. for third degree assault and resisiting arrest.
James Ballestero, 55, Gilbert Road, Saratoga Springs, was arrested on September 21 and charged with DWI, BAC of .08 percent or higher, aggravated DWI with BAC of .18 percent or higher and passing a red light.
Donald P. Baker, 51, Malta Ave Ext., Ballston Spa, on September 20, for unlawful possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Christopher A. Cira, 54, Ash Street, Saratoga Springs, was arrested on September 19 on a warrant for second-degree aggravated harassment.
Michael K. Barnes, 34, Walworth Street, Saratoga Springs, was arrested September 20 on a warrant for petit larceny.
Matthew J. Gifford, 20, residing at 54 Third Avenue, Hadley, pled guilty in Saratoga County Court to fourth degree grand larceny for incidents that occurred in Hadley from March 27 to April 9. Sentencing will be November 12 at 9:15 a.m.
Sadie A. Willis, 24, was sentenced to three years in state prison and two years post release supervision for third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance for an incident that occurred on April 26.
David E. Orzechowski, 26, 2A James Court, Gansevoort, was sentenced in Saratoga County Court to five days in Saratoga County Jail and five years probation and ignition interlock for felony DWI for an incident that occurred on April 3.
Daniel T. Clow, 23, 2 Simon Drive, Latham, pled guilty in Saratoga County Court to fourth degree grand larceny and placed on interim probation to participate in Drug Treatment Court for an incident that occurred on July 4.
Makuan A. Jackson, 40, residing at 167 Grand Avenue, Saratoga Springs, pled guilty in Saratoga County Court to two counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, third degree and two counts of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
