Donna M. Izzo, 48, residing at Wood Thrush Court, Ballston Spa, was arrested for petit larceny.
Gavin C. Smith, 22, Jefferson Terrace, Saratoga Springs, was arrested on a domestic incident warrant for second degree burglary, third degree criminal trespass, fourth degree criminal mischief and third degree menacing.
Matthew J. Gifford, 20, residing at 54 Third Avenue, Hadley, pled guilty in Saratoga County Court to fourth degree grand larceny for incidents that occurred in Hadley from March 27 to April 9. Sentencing will be November 12 at 9:15 a.m.
Robert C. Mills, 41, residing at 121 Lakehill Road, Apt. A1, Burnt Hills, was indicted by Saratoga County Grand Jury on September 18 for two counts of felony DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana for an incident that occurred on July 4 in Mayfield.
Harold T. Bell, 38, residing at Broad Street, Bldg. 90, Apt. 4, Schuylerville, was indicted on September 18 by Saratoga County Grand Jury for second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument for an incident which occurred February 11 in Mechanicville.
Keith Drew, 18, residing at 3008 Foxwood Drive, Clifton Park, was indicted by Saratoga County Grand Jury on September 18 for predatory sexual assault against a child, a Class A felony, first degree rape, second degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned on September 19.
Benjamin Kramer, 32, residing at 19 Jefferson Street, B1, Saratoga Springs, pled guilty to failure to report an address change within 10 days. Sentencing will be on November 13 at 9:15 a.m.
Keith A. Depoty, 49, residing at 22 Broad Street, Schuylerville, was sentenced to six months in Saratoga County Jail five years probation and $21,500 in restitution for third degree grand larceny for incidents that took place between January 2012 and January 2013.
Jacob A. Boldt, 24, residing at 218 Furinton Road, Gansevoort, pled guilty on September 23 in Saratoga County Jail to third degree attempted burglary, third degree assault and fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon for an incident which occurred April 6 in Saratoga Springs. Boldt will be sentenced on November 18 at 9:15 a.m.
Levar N. Proctor, 36, pled guilty to third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance ad was sentenced at that time to five years in state prison, three years post release supervision to run con-current with Washington County for incidents that occurred in April in the towns of Corinth and Moreau.
